This is part of the Olympic training block that I wrote for Wes Kitts [ @weskitts22 ] leading into the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games (now postponed to 2021) BUT with your help we're going to backtest this program with our in-house lifters and YOU, our online team members!
WARNING: This is a four year culmination of Wes training as hard as he possibly can. This cycle will represent the most amount of work we've ever done in a given mesocycle in an accumulation phase (meaning highest total tonnage & total reps). You will be tested in many ways, with REP Max opportunities in your squats and pulls combined with high intensity partial range Olympic variations!
