•What is it?
Accumulating the max amount of miles in the month of April.
-With your feet and/or hands (running, walking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, etc).
-With wheels or fans (biking, rowing, ski erg, etc).
*Two separate divisions/can’t mix and match. You can register for both with different emails.
April 1-April 30 (last score due by May 1st @ 0100 EST)
$1. Yes, ONE DOLLAR (just to cover our expenses).
To engage in the community, to have a healthy outlet, to promote physical activity and good mental health, to increase fitness and to fight becoming stir crazy at home, etc. Staying safe is very important, but moving and quality time with family is also important.
•How do I keep track of my miles?
We are using @uamapmyrun for logging miles on our feet/hands and mountains/road biking. For stationary options, take pictures of your workout totals and keep track of it. Everyone MUST log their total weekly miles to be eligible for podium prizes AND giveaways.
