Alright so I tried using 5L water containers for side raises but it flopped 😅. So I went full blown resistance band attack for this one. Here's a basic indoor shoulder day for you to try with your own tweaks💪🏿. . . Try it out and let me know what you think. Response has been awesome thus far! 30 secs between sets. 1 min between exercises 💪🏿. Go for explosive contracting movements and slow releases to turn up the heat a bit. Try is out - enjoy! . Workout as follows: 1. 5 sets: I normally do this during my gym sessions with a resistance band. Elbows tucked, shoulders back, sit up straight and spread your hands outwards (This burns, trust me🔥🔥) - 15 reps. . 2. 5 sets: Resistance bands front raises (I like to keep my arms in a fixed bend - feels like it takes strain off the shoulder joint and loads the muscle) - 20 reps each arm. . 3. 5 sets: Resistance band side raises. (20 reps each arm). . 4. 5 sets: Single arm resistance band shoulder press PARTIAL REPS (20 reps each arm) (NB: Explosive push, slow release, make sure you feel the output coming from the shoulders, not the triceps). . 5. 5 sets: Resistance band upright rows (20 reps) (Do these standing - I was just sitting for the camera💁🏿‍♂️). . 6. 5 sets: Resistance band rear delta flys (20 reps) (I was tired at this point, but still felt the pull where it was needed... do these standing as well). . 7. Finish off with 20 mins LISS cardio on the stepmaster (walk up and down a staircase if you have access to one close by😂). . 8. Just hold onto/put your feet under something sturdy for the 1st & 2nd exercises. Possibly hold onto the couch leg for the 1st exercise and put your feet under the couch for the 2nd. And for the 3rd exercise, maybe hold yourself up on a step. This experience and time away from the gym is all about testing out new things and finding creative ways to work out. Happy Saturday!! Although it doesn't really feel like a Saturday!! . Another day in lock down and another day improvising and finding new ways to keep fit. Although it's not what we're used to, it keeps our brain ticking over, finding new and different ways to keep fit and excersize. . With the Prime Minister going down with the coronavirus yiu would assume that people would start taking this more seriously. That assumption by the looks of it is wrong. Perche il periodo di tecnica sui vari schemi motori , è la fase più importante di tutta la preparazione ? Quando a lei non vanno bene i 110 e dopo una settimana si impunta e prova i 115kg . In questo periodo stiamo curando molto i dettagli di tecnica oltre che nei fondamentali , anche su molti altri esercizi . Questo sta ripagando ? Bhe direi di sì . Il periodo di tecnica sui vari schemi motori , è la fase più importante alla quale bisogna dare una grande priorità . In questo periodo si gettano le basi per il lavoro che verrà svolto nel corso di tutta la stagione . Mi sono sempre chiesto , perché in tutti gli sport si faccia tecnica , mentre ancora oggi una buona fetta del fitness , non reputi migliorare gli schemi motori sia su esercizi che muovono grandi catene muscolari , che in esercizi di “isolamento” ?!?!
