Ingredients: . 🔺1/2 cup 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream protein 🔺2 tablespoons coconut flour 🔺1/4 cup chopped pecans 🔺2 tsp vanilla extract 🔺2 tablespoons water 🔺6 pecan halves . . ⭕️BACK PUSH-UPS is a upper back exercises for upper middle back (rhomboids), lats (latissimus dorsi) and rear delts (posterior deltoid). . ⭕️starting position lying down on your back, placing elbows to the side roughly 45 degree angle and feet are only support for balance, we are not working out our legs. Began to push your elbow against the floor to lift your torso off the floor without using your abs muscle. Entrenamiento de espalda en casa! Aqui traemos 5 ejercicios que podremos realizar a pesar de no tener mancuernas, barras, bandas o barras para colgarnos. Solo necesitaremos un par de toallas. 1) Jalones al pecho tumbado. La idea es enrrollar una toalla mediana y tomarla por los extremos, a la ves que jalamos con ambos brazos tambn procuramos estirar la toalla lo mas que podamos hacia afuera. La idea es hacerlo bien concentrado y buscar contraer bien la espalda. 2) Remo con agarre pronado. Realizaremos el mismo trabajo que hicimos al principio, jalar controladamente y hacia afuera a su ves que trabamos bien la espalda. 3) Remo con toalla a un brazo. Enrrollar la toalla en un punto fijo y jalar a un solo brazo sin torser la espalda. 4) Hiperextensiones tumbado. 5) Jalones al pecho con toalla. SHORTER AND LONGER REST PERIODS💪 Short rest periods are great for hypertrophy training, getting those pumps (although I would NOT focus on pumps to be in correlation to muscle growth it just feels cool), muscular endurance and also create a great amount of intensity while getting lots of work done in the gym in a short amount of time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Longer rest periods are great for compound style exercises to where you need to maximum strength loads and get in a ton volume in. Si j'ai un conseil à vous donner 🧐 Le seul exercice à travailler pour vos abdominaux sont toutes les formes de gainage, arrêter de faire des séries de 100 crunchs, ou 100 relevés de jambes au sol... La seule chose que vous allez travailler sont soit le psoas (relevé jambes au sol) ou vous allez mettre une tension au niveau de votre dos, et vous allez abaisser vos viscères... (crunch) ❌ Après oui en faisant des crunchs... Upper back workout.💥 . Today we’re using some resistance bands to target muscles of the upper back. A few of the major muscles that these pulling exercises engage are the lats, traps, and rhomboids. Other muscles that are involved are the spinal erectors (the large muscles on both sides of the spine), posterior deltoid, biceps and forearms for the grip and some pulling. Rows are a great exercises to help strengthen the upper back, protect the shoulders, and help improve posture. . Due to current circumstances, we are asked to stay indoors as much as we can, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop moving. If you've got the luxury of a PULL UP BAR in your home, then it is likely very tempting to try to beat your rep PR's, especially as a means of progression in a poorly equipped gym - even more so if doing them weighted is not an option (no weight belt or plates, for example). _ It's useful, however, to be mindful of one thing: Your technique matters in this exercise; it's not just about gripping and ripping. _ Especially if you're a heavy lifter like me (I'm 260 right now, mother of pearl...), you may be STRONG enough to pull yourself over the bar, but if you're not letting the back muscles lead the way, it can be stressful on the wrong parts. _ Instead of promoting shoulder stress, neck strain, and an overall loss of technique, simply leave some in reserve. At this weight, I'm most comfortable doing sets of no more than 8 pull ups at a time. My strength probably allows me to crack out somewhere between 10-12 per set, but the form would diminish in a heartbeat if I did that for rounds. Stopping at 8 still keeps things looking reasonable for me from point A to point B, and simply adding more sets to the end to achieve a total number of reps by the end of the workout (I like 50 as a base). _ If you're not technically sound at pull ups, OR if you're nice and strong, but also a big boy or girl, do the right thing and leave some reps in the tank on each set. Focusing on quality for each round beats pushing for a new rep PR with bad technique. This seems to be one of those exercises where many form and technique "liberties" are taken since it's "only bodywegiht".
