There’s Push/Pull, DBL KB Swings, AND Pull-Ups making this circuit from @mavericksfieldhouse one of my favorites.
(Video is sped up by 20 seconds as this was my fifth round and no way was I able to complete it in under a min).
Also threw in some 6LBs Weighted Ball Pull-Ups and Planks to complete this lunch workout. .
