Good morning and Happy Sunday everyone! We’re very excited to introduce our first ever #StretchSunday video! Today we will be doing a Groiner stretch with a Rotation!
Start in a pushup plank position, shoulders and hips neutral. Open your hip as you reach your foot up. Your feet don’t have to make it all the way up to your hands, just far enough to keep a flat foot and an “open” knee. From there, rotate upward and keep your 👀 on your 🖐! The Groiner stretch is great for your glutes, your hip flexors, and your hamstrings! The rotation at the top is great for your thoracic spine! Do 3-5 rotations before you switch legs.
