Vandaag van 11.30 tot 20.00 werken. Betekent dat ik al rond 10.30 weg moet. Uitslapen? Had gekund, maar je kunt je tijd natuurlijk ook nuttiger besteden, dus vanmorgen rond 8.00 uur was ik al volop bezig in de sportschool voor een #training #rugspieren + #biceps. Ik had niet zo uitgebreid de tijd als anders, maar beter iets doen dan helemaal niets. Als ik vanavond thuis kom (dat zal pas na 21.00 zijn) heeft het niet echt nut meer om te trainen, want dan moet ik alweer bijtijds gaan slapen omdat ik er de volgende ochtend dan alweer vroeg uit moet. CARB CYCLING WHAT - my version of carb cycling is having a few very low/zero carb days followed by 1-2 high carb days WHY - in my opinion, carb cycling is the most effective tool to create definition AND muscle fullness when at a desirable body fat %. I took this picture shortly after eating burgers and chips from Oporto and having a high carb smoothie. My body was so sensitive to carbs that my muscles are almost instantaneously saturated on high carb days HOW - when you consume carbs, your body eventually converts it into glycogen to be stored in the body. For every gram of glycogen stored in your body, you also retain approximately 2.7g of water, commonly referred to as water retention. When you manipulate carb intake you can also manipulate your body’s appearance (definition, fullness etc) and from experience, improve the effectiveness of glycogen transportation into muscle WHEN - weekly. I’ve been using this method for over 12 years to consistently (and gradually) promote muscle growth and maintain definition/leanness, WITHOUT tracking any macros. Coupled with around 5g of Creatine daily for increased muscle volume WHO - anyone can adopt this methodology and it’s a foundation I use for the majority of my clients. There’s nothing fancy about it. Ибо все забыли, что за спиной у 90% атлетов, стоит их вторая половинка. Вот кто на самом деле ЧЕМПИОН! Не у всех атлетов спортивная семья... (как у нас с @alena_lykosheva ) Наши жены терпят нас на сушке,терпят наши срывы и истерики, обхаживают, не вылазят из кухни, почти нас не видят,т.к. мы сутками в зале... напоминают,что пора покушать, пора это, пора то. Да-нам не просто во время подготовки, но им сложнее в двое. И я Считаю, что многие бы даже и не подготовились, если бы не помощь родного человека. Мы с супругой готовимся вместе...И я могу заявить смело..Что Она...Чемпионом останется независимо от результатов на сцене..Готовиться самой, готовить еду на всю семью (и это не просто кастрюлю супа сварить и всё, у нас у каждого свой рацион), следить за успехами ребенка в школе и не только, терпеть меня(а иногда меня взрывает, потом сам сижу и говорю, что я мудак) и многое другое... И я считаю, что такие женщины как моя супруга и @marinchik6610 заслуживают титул ЧЕМПИОНА🏆 больше,чем каждый из нас, мужики. Всем пока. [RICARICARE LE PILE] Buondì buondì! 😊 Come state? Avete passato bene il weekend? Io mi sono decisamente ricaricata di positive vibes ed ora in questo lunedì dal cielo grigio sto sorseggiando il mio caffe americano vicino al calorifero prima di andare in palestra. 🎉 Ho quasi portato tutti i miei marchingegni ginnici a casa, ma preferisco andare in palestra per due motivi: il primo è che così esco di casa e devo fare strada a piedi ➡️ NEAT ⬆️ e il secondo è che così vedo gente 😆 Sono decisamente un animale sociale 😅 AGGIORNAMENTO PERCORSO FITNESS: 70,8kg dopo un giorno e mezzo più salatino. Ho centrato l'obbiettivo mensile che dovevo raggiungere entro il 7 febbraio e da oggi riprendo un taglio calorico più gestibile con schema ON/OFF realizzato con una modulazione leggera dei macros. Vi farò sapere gli aggiornamenti. Certo è che dopo un periodo a basso volume di allenamento in cui mi sono ricaricata ora ho voglia di aumentare progressivamente.
