So, Freunde der Nacht, ich habe fertig.💪🏻 Ich habe das Gefühl, das Fahrrad entwickelt sich (sehr) langsam zu meinem Freund. Training war gut - Cardio eben. 😉😉😉 Morgen ist ja mein Wiegetag und fitnessfrei, aber dieses mal kein #cheatday. Time to take myself for a Spin! 💪 😊 . . About 3 Mths ago I did the Lactate Testing @zoneperformance. I took away a few big things from this test. . . First my "Aerobic Capacity" or ability to use as much oxygen as possible was rather weak. I had big lungs but the muscles used to fill them and clear them (the diaphragm, intercostal muscles and other core muscles) were not up to par. Second my Lactate Clearing or "reusing" it as fuel was not very good either. This I kind of suspected as my high intensity training has never been the most consistent😉. With some recommendations from Brad at Zone and some of my own design (diet, strength work, etc) I began "attempting" some changes. . . Well three months later I'm happy to report I think those changes have paid! I set a new Threshold HR value today 4 beats higher than my previous! I felt strong and in control in my mini 5 km LT test. Holding and pushing my HR higher than I can actually ever remember! . . Doing this all while having a pretty high fatigue level is great to see. ¿Porqué no aumento músculo 💪 si estoy comiendo super sano?🥦🍎🍇🥬🍉🍍 Primero que nada... debes ver cuál es TU OBJETIVO👊 Hay veces en las que creemos que únicamente con la alimentación va a aumentar el músculo y disminuir el tejido adiposo (grasa corporal). La realidad es que necesitamos hacer otra cosa para que la composición corporal cambie 🏋️‍♀️🤾‍♂️🏊‍♀️🍊🍌🥕🥝 Algunas personas se pasan horas corriendo y no ven cambios respecto al aumento muscular 💪(esto no quiere decir que hagan las cosas mal). Lo cierto es que depende de los objetivos son los pasos 👣👀 a seguir Si quieres ⬆️ músculo, es necesario hacer ejercicios de fuerza o también llamados anaeróbicos, qué estos se vuelvan PROTAGONISTAS durante tu actividad física y puedes complementar con un poco de cardio (para mejorar resistencia). Todo esto siempre va de la mano con la alimentación 🥗🥘🍲para que sea EFECTIVO ASI QUE DEPENDIENTO DE TU META.... Howdy ya’ll! 🤓 I figured it’s time to show my face again after a LOONNNGG time! Life happened, things went south for a bit. Gained some weight. Lost my drive sometime along the way and it took me a while to get back to a state of mind in which I made my overall health a priority again. One thing is for certain, this year I’ve been making adjustments and working on creating a caloric deficit again. It’s been a minute since I’ve done that, but I can feel the mindset shifting and my drive is slowly but surely coming back. I know what it takes to lose the weight, it’s a matter of EXECUTING. And my main focus right now is to execute! ONE meal at a time, ONE day at a time & ONE workout at a time. I’ve done it before and I will make it happen again. That’s a promise to myself. 💯 . . Today a did a 45 minute workout and my Fitbit died as I was about to save it. But it’s all good. 📌PREGUNTA PARA LOS QUE LLEVAN HÁBITOS SALUDABLES O AL MENOS SE CUIDAN EN SUS COMIDAS A DIARIO. . . ¿SEGUÍS CON TUS HÁBITOS “SALUDABLES” EN TUS VACACIONES? ¿CONTINUAS CUIDÁNDOTE...? O ¿SOS DE LOS QUE SE SIENTAN EN LA REPOSERA Y SE COME TODO, NO SE MUEVE Y AUMENTA 10 KILOS EN 15 DÍAS? . . . . Te cuento, desde hace 6 años hasta acá, año tras año he ido modificando y mejorando mis hábitos en vacaciones. No es algo que me propuse de un día para otro y sucedió mágicamente, na na na. Hoy en día, hasta podes comprobarlo en mis historias salgo a caminar/ correr a la playa, subo y bajo escaleras (intento no usar el ascensor) voy al centro a recorrer, nos inscribimos en un gimnasio (cabe destacar que no estoy más de 45 minutos); y en cuanto a mi alimentación como exactamente igual que en casa, igual?? Si, lo mismo! Suelo hacer un postrecito con proteína de chocolate de @bodyadvanceoficial y le agrego chocolate 🍫 sin azúcar al 80% de @drcacaochocolates , dátiles , manzana 🍎, mantequilla de maní 🥜, nueces, etc! Todo dependerá de lo que tenga y lo que se me ocurra agregarle! . . . 📌Así que no hay excusas para arruinar todo lo que hiciste durante el año! . 📌Se puede disfrutar de lo sano y rico sin ir a las harinas refinadas, dulces colmados de azúcar y grasa, que al final lo único que logran es saciarte en el momento que lo comés y al rato te sentís hinchado, inflamado y con ganas de dormir 😴! O al menos eso me pasa a mi 😝 . . Y si queres comer este tipo de alimentos que sean comidas, no días enteros! Con moderación y equilibrio se puede, y hasta a veces le hace bien al 🧠. .
