1 1/4 squats! This variation of the back squat is one of my favorite to perform for a few reasons. 1) They’re hard as hell 2) They’ll gas you in just a few reps 3) You can load them decently heavy 4) Great for those struggle with their squat at the bottom of the lift 5) Great for promoting stability and control. Here’s some at 275 lbs for 4 reps.

Got a full workout for chest and triceps on video from this morning! That’s some planning and dedication I very rarely have when I workout because I always forget to film. Here it is for those that want to try using just their bodyweight. Weekday workout with some weeknd vibes haha. For real tho ever since I decided to take my fitness journey into my own hands I've been my own motivation. I don't let social media or what's going on around me decide that. I don't post to please anyone and some people call it cocky or showing off but I'm not the type to downgrade myself to make other feel better. I do what I feel will motivate and remind me why I started and to keep going. Since this thing started the flood of workout videos and people taking personal fitness serous is crazy. When I say that I mean it in a good way and I hope it continues when the gyms open up again. Fitness is for everyone and only YOU can define what that is. It doesn't have to be about a 6 pack and big arms or even seeing the scale drop dramatically. Movement is for everyone and we should all make some time for it. Here’s a wee video I put together of a chest workout from my ATF at home workout plan, if you have any spare dumbbells or make shift weights around the house then give this one a go! ⁣ ⁣ Just because the gyms are closed doesn’t mean you can’t get creative and make the most out of what you’ve got. You don’t have to have much weight, just focus on higher reps/time under tension or go until failure for each set to maximise your workout 💪🏽 I have been feeling super sore after these so something must be working 🤣 ⁣ ⁣ I’ve also been doing a bunch of no equipment circuits so I may film some of those and post later in the week for those of you who don’t have anything to use for weight 🙌🏽

80 lb. dumbbells arrived so I can do a full chest workout and get back on track with my fitness goals for this spring. To reach your goal, sometimes you have to make an adjustment or hit pause while you create a Plan B. 🙏🏾🙏🏾 . . TIP: Some of you guys have asked for advice on what to do right now with limited equipment. If you don’t have heavy dumbbells right now, do a superset of dumbbell flies (10 reps), followed by isolated dumbbell chest presses (10 reps each side), then normal chest press on flat bench.
