Looking for a push up that will really push your power level? I found one a few months ago made by @bjgaddour that even Goku would approve for us mere mortals. I call it "THE 3 STAGES OF HELL". I do it once a week and at the end of my workouts so it will really stress your chest. .. STAGE 1 - DEATH BY PUSH-UPS (do as many regular or kneeling push-ups as you can) .. STAGE 2 - PURGATORY (Hover Hold - hold for as long as you can - remember to keep your core during this exercise) .. STAGE 3 - WELCOME TO HELL (Eccentric push-up as much as you can) .. Dzisiaj #chestday 💪 A raczej krótka instrukcja, jak klaty nie robić 😂 Wiedząc, że #barki i #triceps zmęczone, miało być umiarkowanie prosto: 100kg 5 serii po 10. Uznałem jednak, że w ramach rozgrzewki zrobię jeszcze #floorpress 100kg x10 - bo przecież nie będę ściągał z gotowej sztangi... Potem weszły serie #reverseplank #benchpress x10/3 - wcale już nie było pompy 😁 Następnie 120kg x6, i 110kg x7/2, co robiłem już chyba siłą woli 😂 Na koniec #pushups x20,30,30, drążek i do domu. As #socialdistancing 🙏 continues, going to the gym is a distant dream. But #nogym is not going to be #noworkout for me. 👉Doing the single-arm cable press with resistance bands today! #HelloQuarantinedLife 👉Its an upper body strength exercise that targets the chest and triceps. Doing it properly ensures that the resistance remains on the muscles throughout the entire range of the motion. 🏋️‍♀️ I am doing it on each arm separately because I want both arms to work equally and thereby increasing the functional nature of the movement.
