I’m here not only to find you the perfect new apartment home, but also ensure you’re in the know as much knowledge about renting as possible. As we approach our busier time of the leasing season, I wanted to give y’all this #rentingtip above!
If you’re like most renters, you find yourself moving in the prime season for leasing, during the months of May-September. People are relocating after graduation, the kids are out of school, availability goes quickly, and rental rates have peaked. This is where you will find the most expensive rental rates throughout the year 😣
If you are in fact moving during this busy Summer season, I would encourage renters to sign a longer term lease (i.e. 15 months or longer, if applicable) so that your next move will be in a season where rates are significantly lower. If this isn’t an option, and the property you want to move to offers no more than a one year lease term, consider extending your current lease for a few months and applying for your new apartment home come October or later in the year. A little saving month to month goes along way! 🤑Contact me today for assistance on your #apartmenthunt 📲469.634.6550 #geauxdallas
