If there's anything that COVID-19 has taught us, it's that we lack awareness around how best to prioritize our alignment.
So while social distancing, make it a point to create goals for yourself that focus on your 7 Pillars of Wellness: socially, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, physically, environmentally and professionally.
Here are some ideas that I am working on as well:
⭐️Make a list of what makes you sad, angry, triggered or afraid. Create a plan to release tension around things that bring you negative emotions. Journal, see an online therapist, get closure from those closest to you, whatever you need to expel those triggers.
⭐️ Pick two mentors/coaches that you admire and study their growth or business plans. Invest in their programs and learn their systems.
⭐️ Pick a book that consumes you emotionally or imaginatively. Adults no longer feed their imaginations and if you're a creative, you simply can't afford that.
⭐️Get an accountability partner you can trust. Pick someone whom you admire and trust with your ideas, they should also challenge you intellectually.
⭐️Do some meditative and strengthening yoga
⭐️Go for walks around your neighborhood and pay attention to your breathing and posture.
⭐️Dance! Play music you love and allow yourself to feel the rhythm.
⭐️Pay attention to how often your arms go above your head. Focus on your shoulder tension.
⭐️Sex. Need I say more?
⭐️FaceTime your family... a lot.
⭐️Show up on IG Stories or video. Let your audience get to know you.
⭐️Catch up with friends.
⭐️Clean your house!
⭐️Update your budget. Re-establish where your money goes (debts, savings, emergency fund, investing).
⭐️Start investing your money (Roth vs. Brokerage account)
⭐️Settle any open accounts
⭐️Create a new program sales plan for your biz
⭐️Reflect on, "What do I need to live my ideal life?”
