What is your definition of success? I think it changes depending on the season we're in. I just finished a program yesterday! My 9th one! I chose this this program because it would help me lose some inches in my hips and belly. I'm a true pear so that's the area that is the most resistant to change. So you ready for these results?! 🥁🥁🥁
After 8 weeks of working out with this program 5ish days a week...I lost a total of ZERO pounds AND ZERO inches 😱 I also gained a total of ZERO pounds and ZERO inches 🎉 Soooo why would I be excited about this?! Ummmm idk if y'all have heard people talking about the #quarantine15 but this girl who is super prone to stress eat has MAINTAINED all the progress I've made over the last 2 years. .
My before and after pics don't differ as much from program to program like they used to, but if that isn't a testament of what these tools, consistency, accountability, and support can do for a stress-eating, busy working mama of 2 kiddos, I dunno what is!
