The past week or two I’ve been super unmotivated, and have been feeling very down because of how unexpected and fast this situation in the world happened. It changed all of our lives, and all of our normal routines.
Dont beat yourself up if you’re not as motivated before, and it’s okay if you let yourself go a bit/ indulge in some of your cravings (guilty!) I’ve gained a good couple pounds these first two weeks of quarantine, but it’s time to set a better routine to get back on track! Obviously it’s not going to be the same as before, but we have to work with the current situation in the world. I don’t want to lose everything I’ve worked for!
