Привет👋) наверное надоели посты с одинаковыми фотками с одного фотосета🥴)... но приходится постить их, слишком много дел, но я почти разобрался и скоро подъедет новый контент;) 😇 А пока ловите прогу для новичков☄️ 1. Жим лёжа 4х8-12 (цель - постановка техники)🏋️‍♀️ 2. Жим в изоляции (можно работать до отказа) 3. Тяга к груди (по возможности, подтягивания) 4. Тяга в станке: горизонтальная 5. Приседания (вес не важен! Важна техника!) 6. Жим ногам (нужно осторожно подходить к этому движению, так как есть много ограничений) 7. Вот такая примерная схема для новичка «Фул боди» на 2-3 раза в неделю (по восстановлению), через 7 недель можно добавить становые тяги и изменить программу. Есть разные пути достижения цели и это лишь один пример. Схемы могут быть разные, нужно учитывать ограничения. Предлагайте свои тренировочные циклы и задавайте вопросы;)

It’s a really simple question to ask in relation to nutrition and exercise. How often do we say I want to get more exercise? Or I need to eat something? The language we use around exercise and nutrition can have a profound effect on the action we may or may not take. At home I ask this simple question when the ‘I’m hungry!’ comes out! Do you want it or do you need it? Now, there are times when you absolutely want it and don’t need the food you are eating but this can’t out-way the times we eat because we genuinely need to. 80% need to 20% want has always been a good ratio to stick to. The same can apply to exercise. The idea of wanting to exercise suggests that it’s optional. We need to move to remain healthy, it’s a non negotiable fact. This “exercise” can be classified in many forms and you should always do what you like doing to help stay consistent. I think it also helps to change the language. I don’t want to spend more time moving this week, I need to. Give it a try and let’s us know how you get on.

Go anywhere on the Internet and you will read that the 8-12 rep range is what you need to do for hypertrophy, 1-5 reps for strength and anything over 15 reps is best for endurance. It is true that the bulk of studies suggest these are the rep ranges you should perform for the given benefits as described above. But the question you should be asking, is this OPTIMAL? 🤔 Recent studies suggest that training across a variety of ranges can induce muscle growth. Several studies suggest that when volume load is equated , reps in the 6 or fewer range results are similar to typical hypertrophy sets of 8-12. Does this mean that it is “Optimal” to train this way? Well, maybe not. But it does tell us that we should not be fixated on either mindset. Instead, focus on performing a wide variety of rep ranges and see works best for you. A good place to start would be to train muscle groups with a heavier load at a lower rep range at the beginning of the week, and lower loads with a higher rep range at the end of the week. DON’T LOSE OUT ON NOT REACHING YOUR DESIRED TARGET People constantly talk about goal setting and how important it is to achieve something. Yes, I do agree that it is super important and I have a system in my online coaching where I constantly review goals and targets with my clients. With that however, I find that people always aim too low and never really challenge themselves and like to take a safe option, such as saying things like 'I want to lose a few lbs' or 'I want to feel slimmer'. To get amazing results you need to think on a bigger scale. One of the ways that I do this is by asking my clients to buy an item of clothing that they would dream to fit in. After buying it, they then have to hang it on the front of their wardrobe so they are seeing it every day. This is a visual cue for them every day reminding them of why they are making a change. They want to look sexier. They want to be more confident. They want people to take more notice of them. This constant reminder helps them on the difficult days and constantly increases their motivation. So if you want to make a change and you are not sure how to set a goal, go out and buy something that you only wish you could wear.
