DAY 4 Breakfast: Overnight Oats with blueberries (made with ½ cup oats + 1 tablespoon chia seeds + ½ cup nonfat milk + ½ cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt + ½ cup blueberries) Morning snack: 1 banana + 1 oz nuts Lunch: 3 oz tuna + 2 cups mixed greens + 1 cup cherry tomatoes & chopped cucumber + 1 tablespoon vinaigrette Afternoon snack: 1 cup broccoli & cauliflower + 2 tablespoons tzatziki Dinner: 4 oz grilled chicken + ½ cup roasted sweet potatoes + 1 cup roasted Brussels sprouts + 1 tablespoon olive oil Notes: Chop the sweet potatoes and halve the Brussels sprouts, and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Roast at 450°F (230°C) until tender, about 15 minutes. Brush the chicken with 1 teaspoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sun dried tomato spinach stuffed chicken 🥰🍅. So yummy and super high in protein to make this: You cut a pocket in a chicken breast and stuff it with spinach, sun dried tomato, mozzarella and Dijon mustard sauce ( Dijon mustard, honey🍯, olive oil, Italian seasoning 🇮🇹, fresh lemon juice 🍋, salt 🧂 -I used Himalayan pink salt- and pepper). Coat the chicken with the Dijon mustard sauce from the inside and the outside then close up the pocket with toothpicks and fry with olive oil on high heat for 2 minutes on each side, then bake for 15 min or until the mozzarella starts bubbling in a preheated oven on 180C. Dzisiaj późne #niadanie ale sen był mi potrzebny 🤷🙈 Dlatego wleciało większe kalorycznie śniadanie 😜 tak jakby dwa posiłki w jednym❓😄 Wieczorem trening więc nic w przyrodzie nie ginie 😉 Składniki i kalorie podane są na foto, przesuń w prawo 👆 Białka ubijamy, żółtka mieszamy z rozgniecionym 🍌(1/2) i płatkami owsianymi. Ja dodałam krople aromatu migdałowego ♥️Mieszamy z białkami i smażymy na małym ogniu pod przykryciem na oliwie. Jogurt mieszamy z odżywka białkowa u mnie @mz_store.pl i kakao. Można pominąć odżywkę i dać słodzik. Gotowego omleta smarujemy polewa z jogurtu, kroimy resztę banana i małego pomarańcza. You don't let yourself to eat some foods for a few days and you just get crazy and eat a whole fridge 3 days in a row.⁣⁣😳😳😳 ⁣ Then you ask yourself: I'm working so freakin hard, why don't I see results?
