🚨PULL WORKOUT🚨 - What’s up everyone I know I haven’t posted in a while but posts are back up. I don’t have much equipment so I’ve been doing a lot of pull-ups pushups and running. I do cardio everyday for at least 15 minutes on the bike or I’ll go for a run. I can’t go heavy because I don’t have the weight for it so I’ve been going for volume. LEG WORKOUT‼️🔥 Heute mal wieder ein Workout, bei dem mir Tage danach noch alles weh tut😅🙏 Bei manchen Übungen habe ich nicht ALLE beanspruchten Muskelgruppen dazu geschrieben, sondern nur die Hauptmuskeln. A general warm-up consists of movements that are not necessarily specific to the actual activity to be performed. For example, this can include using a stationary bike or treadmill at a low-moderate intensity before a weight training session. A specific warm-up consists of movements that closely mimics those of the actual activity or sport. For example, dynamic stretching or drills at a lower intensity. A warm -up can consist of self-myofascial release, static stretching, active stretching, dynamic stretching, and a cardiovascular component. Self-myofascial release aims to help correct existing muscle imbalances, reduce trigger points, and also inhibit overactive muscles. Static stretching aims to help correct muscular imbalances and lengthen overactive muscles for increased flexibility. Active stretching can be used to increase neuromuscular efficiency and the extensibility of the soft tissue through reciprocal inhibition (when a muscles contracts and its antagonist muscle relaxes). Dynamic stretching aims to also increase flexibility and neural muscular control, however, should be done once you are able to perform movements with no compensation in a full range of motion. If not, regress to performing static or active stretching. Lastly, a cardio component can be implemented which can cause an increased heart, increased respiratory rates, increased tissue temperature, and an increased state of physiological preparation.

Check out his MULTI-DIRECTIONAL WARM UP program for more sport specific warm up protocols. Also shout out to my boy @marino.Strength.training for always giving me great information and much of this warm up protocol as well.
