•Clean chocolate chip cookies• 2 cups almond flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup honey 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup walnuts Mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients one at a time. Scoop onto cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 6 min. Or freeze into balls to bake (or eat!!) later. Or just eat the dough!! I change it up and add pumpkin seeds, other nuts, dried fruit etc too! I also like to freeze them after they’re baked and eat them frozen. These are my favorite cookies! The best part is that everyone in my family can eat them. My students would say this breakfast is “giving me life.” I say it’s the best one I’ve ever made. And, let me tell you why! Part skim, 2% mozzarella cheese is 2sp, for the regular old 1/4 of a cup: but, when you #weighallthethings in grams, you can have 34g for the same 2sp! That’s 6g more than the serving size states. That’s much more melt with my crunch. And, I love that ratio! @foodforlifebaking brown rice tortilla (4sp); the savior cheese (2sp); @applegate chicken and sage links (3sp). GET ORGANIZED - I get so so so many questions on how I balance eating/ staying healthy and my insanely busy schedule. If you don’t know already, my major is in Architecture and I’m on a 5 year track meaning it’s ACCELERATED AF. I know a lot of people who skip meals, don’t sleep, and compromise their health and I did do that freshman year and some sophomore year but I don’t do that anymore. I’m gonna walk you through how I keep myself organized, get shit done, stay healthy, have a job, AND have a social life. The first thing is you need to find a routine that works best for YOU. For me that means having afternoon classes but waking up early and getting my work done as I am way more productive the first three hours of the day. Things to ask yourself: when am I most productive? Am I a morning or night person? Whatever that looks like, write it down and make a to do list. Work in an environment that promotes you to be productive whether that’s at a coffee shop, the library, your home find somewhere where you won’t get distracted and will be productive. I have a whole blog post on how a clean house will keep you productive and give you tips on how to keep it clean and organized so def check that out if that’s something you struggle with Have a to do list, before I go to bed I write down the to do list I need to get done for the next day so that I can wake up and immediately know what I have to get done. Knock those items out during the time you’ve created for your work in your routine and you will be efficient af. If you’re struggling to get motivated I always get motivated under pressure so I will give myself an amount of time I have to get something done and start a timer that will count down. The pressure of the count down clock will MAKE you want to be productive because it’s a solid deadline. Prioritize what’s most important, something i struggle with is feeling the need to go to every event. You don’t need to do everything- it’s a difficult balance but get your work done in time and you will be able to have time for things you enjoy- having a set routine just makes it easier. Tencerede kaynattığımız sıcak suyun içine ilk önce patlıcanlar atılır ve biraz yumuşayana kadar haşlanır. 2. Patlıcanı parmağımızla kontrol ettiğimizde biraz yumuşamıssa tamamdır demektir. 3. Ayrı bir kaba haşlanan patlıcanlar alınır, aynı işlem biberde de uygulanır. 4. İç malzemesi için, soğan kabukları soyulur. 5. Yemeklik olacak şekilde doğranır. 6. Maydanoz küçük küçük doğranır. 7. Damak zevkinize göre, tuzu, biberi, acısı ayarlanır. 11. İç malzememiz hazırlanır. Tavaya aldığımız sarımsak, üzerine zeytinyağı, salça ve kuru nane eklenerek sos hazırlanır. 12. Tencerenin tabanına yayılır. 13. Bunu yapmamdaki sebep, yemeğin suyu kaynarken dolmalara ayrı bir lezzet vermesidir. 1. Dolmalar ağzı tam dolmayacak şekilde doldurulur, tencereye dizilir. 14. Üzerine ağırlık konur ben tabak kullandım. 15. Üzerini geçecek kadarda su eklenir. 16. Ocağa alınır, kaynayınca altı kısılır. 17. Bulgurlar yumuşayınca ve yemeğin suyu azalınca pişmiş demektir. Yarım demet dereotu ekledik. 1 çay kaşığı sodayı elma sirkesi ile köpürtüp sonra içine, yarım çağ bardağı kadar fındık sütü, aynı miktarda zeytinyağı ve 1 çağ bardağı kadar kırmızı mercimek unu ekledik. Biraz tad vermesi için mahlep ekledik. Kıvamı biraz koyulaşsın diye karabuğday ununu göz kararı azar azar karıştırarak kattık. Karışımı 9lu muffin tepsimize pay ettikten sonra üzerlerine biberiye döktük. 170 C önceden ısıtılmış fırında 25 dk kadar pişirdik. Afiyet olsun.

Arkena haluan valmistaa terveellistä ruokaa, mutta sen pitää olla helppoa ja nopeaa. Usein esivalmistelen viikon ruoat sunnuntaina, jotta päivän velvollisuuksista kotiuduttua ei tarvitse paukkuja kuluttaa ruoan laittoon. 🥦🍅🥬🥕🍓 Tänään lautasella oli maukas uunifeta zoodeleiden kera 😋. Ja helppoa kuin mikä: Kahdelle: 1 pkt feta/salaattijuustoa palana 1 rs pieniä tomaatteja 1 keskikok. kesäkurpitsa Oliiviöljyä Mustapippuria Yrttiseosta, esim. provencale Suolaa (Chilisiivuja päälle) Fetajuusto uunivuokaan. Itse tykkään hieman palastella. Tomaatit tarvittaessa leikataan pienemmäksi ja laitetaan kulhoon. Perään oliiviöljyä, mustapippuria, yrttiseosta ja suolaa. Levittele tomaatit juuston ympärille ja mausteliemi fetan päälle. Leikkaa chilisiivuja fetan päälle. Uuniin 225 astetta, 25 min. Kesäkurpita leikkurilla spiraaliksi. Peanut Butter Banana Bites - 50 Calories🍌🥜 ⠀ Make a batch this week and keep them in the freezer so you can grab one whenever you need a treat🙌 INGREDIENTS 3 ripe bananas 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 2 teaspoons coconut oil INSTRUCTIONS 1. Peel and slice bananas into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. 2. Line a platter or small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of #peanutbutter on a banana slice and top with another banana slice to make a little banana peanut butter sandwich. Keep doing this until all banana slices are used and you have about 30 bites. Place bites on two plates and place in the freezer to harden for about 1 hour. 3. Once banana bites have been in the freezer for over an hour, melt your chocolate by adding chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave in additional 30 second increments until chocolate is completely melted. This shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes of microwave time. 4. Once chocolate is melted, remove one platter of your frozen banana bites from the freezer. Dip each frozen #banana bite into the melted #chocolate so that half of each bite is coated. 5. Place chocolate covered bites back on the parchment lined platter. Place back in freezer to harden up, grab your second platter and continue until all the bites have been dipped. Let both platters of chocolate covered bites harden in the freezer for about 15 minutes. 6. At this point you’re ready to enjoy or you can transfer the bites into a freezer safe storage container for later. They should last a least 1-2 months in the freezer. 7. Hoy os traigo una receta revisada de este tipo de pan maravilloso que es para hacerse una reserva extensa del mismo ya es que un pan en extremo facilísimo y que a la vez sabe que te mueres de rico. También podemos elogiar la versatilidad de estos panes porque al cocinarse se infla quedando como un bolsito al que se puede rellenar con muchísimas fórmulas. BANANAAA 🍌🍌. Esto es así!! Tenés Bananas que se te están por poner feas, este Postre no te falla nunca y es una LOCURAAAA 😱🙃🤪....me faltan mas emojis para expresarlos 😂😂. . Cómo lo hice? 👉🏼 En una Sartén coloque azúcar rubio mascabo @azucarledesma , deje que se caramelice y le agregue 1 Banana grande cortada a la mitad (obviamente ustedes hacen la cantidad y el tamaño que mas les guste), lo dore de ambos lados junto al caramelo y así caliente lo lleve a mi plato. Por encima le agregué Yogurt griego @kaynak_yogur_griego que les aseguro es un viaje de ida 🤤, una salsita de chocolate y frutos secos. El resto se los dejo a la vista 😲. . Un Postre que no se suele hacer tan seguido y realmente lo tiene todo. Rico, económico, saludable y con todas las increíbles bondades que nos brinda la Banana, que por suerte la conseguimos durante todo el Año 🍌🍌🍌. . Así que cuando no sepas con que agasajar a alguien o simplemente mimarte un poco con algo dulce y fácil...bueno, ya sabes 😁. .
