Der Cardio-Bereich ist Lava! 😁 . Die meisten von euch wissen vielleicht, dass mein Training nicht hauptsächlich auf Cardio basiert. Ich mache meistens zum aufwärmen 10 ~ 15 Minuten Cardio Training (Fahrrad fahren) und zum Cool-down am Ende gehe ich noch eine halbe Stunde aufs Laufband. Mein eigentliches Training ist aber ausschließlich Krafttraining. . Warum? Mein Hauptziel, warum ich überhaupt Sport mache, ist Muskelaufbau. Ich will versuchen, möglichst kräftig zu werden, und das funktioniert bekanntermaßen über Kraftttaining; und nicht über Cardiotraining. . Das bedeutet NICHT dass Ausdauertraining schlecht ist. Im Gegenteil, wenn du etwas für deine Kondition tun willst, oder abnehmen möchtest, dann ist Cardiotraining sogar vorteilhaft! 😊 Für meine Ziele ist es aber vermutlich nicht das richtige Training. . “Und zum Schluss trotzdem noch ne halbe Stunde auf's Laufband?!“ - Yes, ich mache immer noch etwas Cardio ganz am Ende meines Trainings, ob meine ganze verbleibende Energie noch loszuwerden. Ich mache es bewusst am Ende, denn wenn ich zu Beginn schon Laufen gehen würde, hätte ich für mein Krafttraining, worauf ich ja fokussiert bin, viel weniger Kraft und Energie übrig. . Wie ist bei euch die Cardio-Krafttraining-Aufteilung?
