Have you heard of these products or herbs? Ashwagandha, Maca, Rhodiola, Black Cohosh?
If you’re woman 35 or older, these are definitely items you may want to learn more about. From helping with stress relief to boosting energy and providing adrenal support as well as balancing hormones you may want them on your shelf.
Today, I'll share a tiny bit about Black Cohosh. And I love this in tincture tea form, bitter, but good. I love that black cohosh is actually in the same plant flower family as Ranunculaceae, a native plant to our eastern North America woodlands.
Did you know that Black cohosh has been clinically proven to create an "estrogen-like" effects that can reduce unpleasant menopausal symptoms.
In fact it is used as a natural remedy for a number of menopause-related symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, disturbances in mood.
In addition, black cohosh is sometimes used to treat menstrual irregularities and alleviate symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
So many women have rough PMS's, this tinture or tea is worth a try!
