I was short on time this morning because I had to go meet with a real estate investor friend of mine and discuss the future and money moves.
That means I needed a short workout that packed a ton of pop into it.
I grabbed two 48kg kettlebells, three moves out of my toolbox, and banged out another ladder workout.
5 rounds. 2 minutes rest.
1 rep, then 2 reps, then 3 reps, then 4.... and so on, as high as you can work.
I could only get to 5 reps.
Move 1: Push-Ups
Move 2: Thoracic Twist
Move 3: Suitcase Deadlifts
This one will tear you up if you use heavy weight and push your limits.
Get comfortable being uncomfortable if you truly plan on being the greatest in what you do.
How you show up to do anything is how you’ll show up to do everything.
