In times of crisis and rapid change, we find out how balanced and aligned we are... or not.
We are forced to think about difficult things like mortality, not getting what we want, how dependent we are on things outside our control, and a spotlight is shined on the problems in our relationships and life choices that we may have been sweeping under the carpet. We may find that a problem with food, alcohol or anger, that was previously manageable, is now taking over our life more than we would want.
Thankfully we can also use the necessity and painfulness of this time to good use - we can use it to REALIGN.
Realign... with our core values, the person we want to be under pressure.
Realign... to how much our relationships mean to us, and how we want to live them with boundaries, compassion and wisdom.
Realign... to our priorities in work, finance, ambitions and achievements. Since many of our usual activities have been restricted, we can work out which ones were rally the most important.
Realign... to our body, mind, and energy.
Realign... to the stories we want to pass on to our children and the legacy we want to contribute in the wider world.
