Such a quick and eas.... I am kidding. We 👏🏻 Are 👏🏻 Bored 👏🏻Y’all👏🏻. Okay but bored or not these turned out amazing. Carmelle in brodo that was stuffed with a spinach, ricotta mixture 🤎🤍 For pasta one: 00tipo, 4 large eggs and paprika gave the dough its amber hue. Dough 2: milk and 00tipo created the dough for the white lattice pattern. Only total photo fail was failing to capture the beautiful bright green spinach filling in the Carmelle. We went with a brodo for these instead of a sauce but these little candy looking pastas would go with a variety of things.
