🌈⭐#TripleThreatChallenge is BACK!!!!⭐🌈 Starting April 1st to April 30th, I will be hosting this Arms, Abs, and Ass challenge lol. Maybe we should just called it Triple A. Lol but yes glute work is involved.
This challenge is open to everyone beginner to advanced.There are 8 ab moves, 4 squat, and 4 arm execises that alternate each day. Follow the calendar each day and I will be posting daily so you all can follow along. Let's all carve up that stomach, strengthen those arms, and tighten that behind. I invite you all to join us and I'm very excited to workout with you all! _______________________________________
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
