Do you ever set super high hopes for your productivity levels for the day but then feel like you fall short? ME TOO 😂. Looking back over my day, I did actually get some productive things done- got my workout in and connected with a fellow coach for accountability and support 💪👯♀️, then I washed my hair and did some much needed self care, and then I made the world’s fastest trip to Walmart 😷 only because I needed to get Cali her special food 🥰. I definitely got a handful of other things done too, including *most* of my coaching duties, but I still feel that “not enough” feeling today 😅. As I’m writing this and I’m reminding myself that our WORTH is not defined by how much we DO, and that no matter what did or did not get done, we are always ENOUGH ✨. Wanted to share in case you needed to hear that too 💕.
