This quarantine has taken a TOLL on my energy and willingness to exercise. I miss being able to go to my barre classes and see my friends, and it has been frustrating to watch my body change as it adjusts to more time at home (aka: couch life and never ending snacking 😅). But today I am reminding myself that IT IS OKAY for our bodies to change as our routine does, and that our priority should always be HEALTH over AESTHETICS. With many of us staying home everyday, we have the perfect opportunity to redirect our focus onto our mental and physical health.
Today I am prioritizing my health and wellness by committing to completing a virtual sweat sesh with @staciethomas and @barrecode_gr and going through my entire stretching routine (click the link in my bio to join me), as well as taking some mindful time to journal and focus inward.
