Although not exciting big lifts this portion of my training I’m building my base and setting in muscular endurance. On deadlift day at this time I have it a little diff to squat and bench which you’ll see in the coming weeks. Deadlift is the most system taxing and at this stage I don’t want to gather tooo much neuromuscular fatigue just muscular fatigue and working that pattern. So I do activation exercises today I’m not interested in lots of assisting variations today. I do Lat and back activation and glute activation before heading into 6x6 @60% which is 120kg volume deadlifts which in this video I’m half way by set 6 I want to spew lol. I finish on calves and watch them so they don’t cramp up so it’s more flushing, I’ve been loading heavy for weeks so not damaging my cns, tendons and ligaments are this time is important I don’t want to break. Next week I change it completely once again, this is my form of undulating conjugation training while in isolation
