🚨HOW TO GET STRONGER🚨 . . 👉 Follow @nlfoodandfitness 💪 . . ⭕How much you bench bro? If you want the answer to that question to be an impressive number (without lying), read below . - ⭕First, a bro split where you hit each body part once per week is not very conducive to getting stronger. Strength is partly a skill and the more often you practice a skill, the better you’ll become at that skill (to an extent). If you want to bench more weight, benching just once per week on chest day is not the most efficient method. - ⭕Second, your focus should be on compound exercises that train multiple muscle groups. If you add 100 pounds to your squat and deadlift in a year, you’ll be significantly stronger. If you spend most of your time doing bicep curls, you won’t be. - ⭕Lastly, it’s important to have some sort of mechanism to track progress and progressively overload. If you’re not doing more sets and/or reps over time then you aren’t getting stronger. I suggest following a program that has a built in method of progression on a weekly and monthly basis. . HOW TO MONITOR YOUR OWN FORM ON PLANKS. When I’m working with clients, it’s important to me that I give them some tools they can utilize when they’re working out on their own. So I try to show them ways they can check their own form during exercises. Today I’ll cover how to self-monitor your form on planks. . When doing a plank- you’ll often hear instructors or your trainer say to “keep your butt and your hips down”. A good indicator that your butt and hips are not “down” (or in line with your shoulders) is if your hands are way out in front of your shoulders. You should be able to look down and see a STRAIGHT LINE from your shoulders to your hands. . Keeping your “butt down” and your body in a straight line from your shoulders down to your ankles will force you to brace your core. If you cannot perform a plank on the floor holding this form, you should try doing a plank instead on a bench or box higher up from the ground, until you build up more strength. In this case, the same rules apply; your wrists and hands should be lined up directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from shoulders to ankles. . Perform your plank sideways to a mirror and briefly take a look at the lines your body is creating between your hands (or elbows if you’d prefer to do a forearm plank) and your shoulders. The line should be vertical. Also, check the line from your shoulders to your ankles. That line should be straight, not a triangle. . Com um fouet ou um garfo bata os ovos com o açúcar ou xilitol até ficar espumoso. Adicione o suco de limão e as raspa, o leite, o óleo de coco, a farinha e a goma xantana, misture bem, em seguida adicione o fermento em pó e mexa delicadamente. Leve para assar por 40 min. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cobertura: LEITE CONDENSADO FAKE COM LIMÃO 🍋😱❤️ • 1 xícara e 1/2 de leite em pó integral (usei ninho)⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 1/2 xícara de água quente ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 1/2 xícara de açúcar demerara ou xilitol ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - Bater tudo no liquidificador por 2 minutos, coloque em um pote de vidro e acrescente suco de 1 limão e misture bem. Felt great to finally be cleared to do some working out today. Still have some tests to get done so not doing anything too crazy...lol. Working out is such a big part of me and not just because I'm a personal trainer. We all have our thing that helps us relieve stress, it might be cooking, shopping,...etc. I felt so great after this workout and realized that even though the last 2 weeks have been crazy I'm truly blessed to be able to do what I can fo when so many others in the world can not.
