Lean and mean meal ideas Mince mix serves 1 Preparation: 5 mins Cooking time: 10 mins Preparation: o Pour fresh or frozen peas into a cup o Wash and roughly shred a large handful of kale leaves o Wash and chop 6-8 button mushrooms o A pinch of chili flakes and chopped onion o 1-2 teaspoons of mint sauce Method: o Add 150g of lamb mince to a frying pan along with the peas and onion, stir the mixture occasionally until the mince has browned o Add the mushrooms, followed 2 minutes later by the mint sauce and chili flakes o Stir through and add the kale. And the award for the biggest #superbowl appetizer goes too...🤣 Omg these were so big! What was supposed to be an appetizer can really be considered a meal. They are called Armadillo Eggs and they are amazing 😍 we smoked ours but I honestly I think they can be baked too. It's basically hollowed out jalapenos filled with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and my favorite @twistd.q Bbq seasoning. (which has zero carbs!) I found that the best way to fill the jalapenos was to put the mixture in a Ziploc bag and snip the corner. NOTE! I found that they only filled up half way so you will need to push the cream cheese down with a knife or something and then fill the rest of the way. Then you cover the filled jalapenos with pork sausage and wrap in bacon. We smoked these for 2 hours. And topped with a sugar free bbq sauce. Keto ground turkey taco bowl 🥑🍅🍽 . . Ground turkey is 93% lean and seasoned to the gods with bacon fat, finely diced red onions, chilie powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper, tabasco sauce and probably a few other spices that I don't remember. There's some homemade cauliflower "rice" there as well, made with butter and red onion, cilantro and lime juice. . . One mealprep: ➡️12oz ground turkey ➡️3oz mozzarella cheese ➡️3oz spring mix ➡️4 tbsp sour cream ➡️2oz tomatoes ➡️3oz cauliflower "rice" ➡️2oz avocado ➡️1/4c jalapeno peppers ➡️1/4 tbsp bacon fat ➡️1/2 tbsp butter . . Total macros for the above: 👉1,085 calories 👉11 net carbs 👉73g fat 👉93g protein . . I like pork rinds for dipping and crunchiness on the side too! A few weeks ago I took a food intolerances test just to see if I was possibly eating something that was causing certain systems. I both shocked at the results and surprised I didn’t have a reaction to more. Yeast is in soo many thing this will be a journey to learn from lol. Despues agregamos el endulzante, la vainilla, los chips y los demás ingredientes mezclando a mano de forma envolvente ☝ y dejamos reposar en la heladera por 10'. Posteriormente, en una sarten de teflón vamos cocinando los hot cakes y formando la torre a medida que los vamos retirando.
