Uwielbiam przysiady choć ani może tego na pierwszy rzut oka widać zarówno po rozmiarach moich odnóży ani po używanych przeze mnie ciężarach...no własnie tylko, że nigdy nie zależało mi na jednym ani drugim. You’re always going to have days where training just feels harder, today was one of those. I didn’t go backwards, I actually progressed in some areas, it just felt harder. By the end of the session I was a little more in my groove and felt great. For set 3 of the squat and chin-up I used the same weight as set 1, week 1. They were not only harder now as they were the third set, but I took them to failure. I was definitely happy to squeeze out an extra 2 chin-ups. I upped the weight on the single leg hip thrust, it knocked a few reps of from last week, but they felt good. Was impressed with extra 2 reps on the first set of my incline dumbbell presses, definitely increased the intensity of the filling 2 sets. Glute ham raises felt strong, and a extra few reps on the last set was a good way to finish the session Safety Bar Squat to Box (30cm) 122x3, 111x5, 100x15 Pull-Up 1x3@119, 1x5@108, 1x8@97 Single Leg Hip Thrust 25x12,10,10 Incline 4 Dumbbell Press 35x12,10,8 Glute Hame Raise x12,11

RING ROWS Don't have a pull up yet? This variation called the Ring Row will challenge you the same way a pull up will! If adjusted properly, ring rows utilizes the same muscle that is used in pull ups. Here's how to set up for it: 1) Rings are on elbow level Before doing ring rows, set up the rings so that it is levelled with your elbows with the straps hanging straight down. 2) Stand below the rings Ring rows can be made easier or harder. So before you're going to do ring rows, make sure your feet is below the rings. This way, you have a set up to measure the difficulty from - If you find it difficult, move your feet behind the rings. And if you find it easy, move your feet infront of the rings! Pulling one self's bodyweight is an essential strength/skill to have. And believe it or not, setting up for it is a big part of it! "Sei FORTUNATO, MANGI quello che vuoi e sei sempre così!" "Ma come fai? IO mi alleno ma sono sempre uguale." "No ma tu PRENDI Qualcosa" "Perché mangi così tanto e NON ingrassi? Perché mangi così poco e NON perdi nulla?" "Ho il Metabolismo LENTO" Queste sono alcune delle frasi che mi "assillano" in palestra e nella vita quotidiana. Beh si magari c'è un po' di genetica (neanche tanta) a favore, ma per il resto ogni cosa che faccio è calcolata e presa in considerazione in ogni minimo dettaglio (senza essere troppo maniacali).Come si fa? Prima del come si fa, bisogna capire come Funziona la fisiologia umana. E' un argomento troppo vasto da spiegare in poche parole. Cercherò di essere il + semplice/breve possibile. Partiamo da una qualsiasi giornata dove si alternano alcune fasi: Fase ANABOLICA (costruisci); Fase CATABOLICA (demolisci); Quando mangiamo, il corpo passa da uno stato catabolico (dopo un digiuno prolungato) a uno anabolico e abbiamo un attivazione ormonale diversa, anche in base ai macro che stiamo introducendo. L'ormone che prendiamo in considerazione è l'Insulina. Si occupa principalmente di far entrare i nutrienti (principalmente Glucosio) all'interno delle nostre cellule. In assenza di patologie, l'Insulina entra in azione quando sale la glicemia a livello ematico.La cellula, per captare i nutrienti possiede dei recettori (GLUT4) che attiva quando “affamata”, essa si nutre grazie alla combo Insulina+GLUT4. Il corpo è costituito da milioni di cellule, per semplicità analizzeremo l’adipocita (cellula del grasso) e la cellula muscolare. Tra quest'ultime esiste una sorta di "rivalità"nel captare i nutrienti, ed è qui che entra in gioco l'allenamento.Meno siamo attivi più sarà l'adipocita ad avere la meglio sui nutrienti, più ci muoviamo maggiore sarà l'ossidazione delle riserve energetiche e maggiore sarà la richiesta di nutrienti da parte del tessuto muscolare, che aumenterà il numero di GLUT4 per captare quel che si trova nel flusso ematico.Eccolo il “SEGRETO”…#bodyfitness #bodybuilding #wellness #fitness #motivation #fitnessmotivation #pullups #gym #workout #palestra #training #italy #back #fitnessmodel #powerlifting #catania #atleta #sicily
