☝️⚙️ Упражнения для грудного отдела позвоночника (Часть II)❗️ ✔️Увеличение гибкости плеч и мобильности плечевых суставов 1. Встаньте и прислонитесь спиной и пятками к стене. Руки в стороны. Ладони тыльной стороной к стене. Руки согнуть в локтях до 90 градусов. Медленно подняв руки над головой, прижмите их к стене. Сделайте 2 подхода по 5-10 повторений. Поднимайтесь настолько высоко, как только можете, без боли, при этом прижимая руки, локти и запястья к стене. При хорошей гибкости, вы сможете соприкоснуться руками над головой. ✔️Увеличение гибкости плеч и мобильности плечевых суставов 2. Встаньте. Расставьте широко ноги. Потяните одну руку поперек своего тела и одновременно потяните лопатку назад. Удерживайте растяжку 30 секунд. Дышите глубоко. Сделайте 3 повторения. Проделайте то же другой рукой. ✔️Увеличение гибкости плеч и мобильности плечевых суставов 3. Встаньте на четвереньки. Запястья под плечами, а колени — под бедрами. Держа локти прямыми, надавите на пол и потяните плечи к ушам. Поверните плечи назад к бедрам и вернитесь вперед, образуя круг. Сделайте 5 кругов. Затем поменяйте направление и сделайте 5 кругов в противоположном направлении. ✔️Увеличение гибкости плеч и мобильности плечевых суставов 4. Лягте на живот. Вытяните одну руку под собой и поперек груди, ладонью вверх. Используйте мышцы плеча, чтобы подтянуть грудь к полу, как можно ниже без боли. Удерживайте 30 секунд. Затем отпустите. Делайте 10 повторений, удерживая каждый раз по 30 секунд. Проделайте это растяжение другой рукой. ✔️Увеличение гибкости плеч и мобильности плечевых суставов 5. Сядьте на пол, можно на стул без спинки. Сожмите ладони (руки за спиной), затем разогните локти. Сожмите лопатки вместе. Удерживайте 15–30 секунд. Затем отпустите. Повторите растяжку 5 раз, удерживая каждое растяжение 15–30 секунд. Which lead me to be afraid this seemingly random experience could happen at any moment & it did after that but now I was causing it because I was still experincing the causes but unaware of that AND NOW scared to death that it would happen anytime. I was causing more panic with fear. . 🌱NOW I KNOW That my body had been trying to subtly trying to tell me, this cannot go on & I was ignoring it in the stress & drama of the life I was choosing before. . ⚠️WARNING SIGNS Thoughts going around in circles no end. Seemingly not able to take my self away from my thoughts. Feeling run down Using far too much caffeine to GET BY Adrenalin in my day but able to handle it. Extremely tense Not breathing, like I am ready to take an impact. . 👉BASICALLY I WAS aware of the level of stress I was under but choosing to tell myself 'Its Ok' or just plain ignoring it focused on the stress in my life & trying to control the uncontrolable. . 🌱AWARENESS It happened I was not aware & living a cliche life. Like I'm fine Put the kettle on that 'll solve it You're sensitive Keep calm & carry on There's nothing you can do It will get better (with hope but no action) . The awareness was forced upon me with a panic attack & I thought it was my enemy. No. It was screaming at me, the alarms were going off because this WAS an emergency . ❤THANK YOU PANIC 🗣you're not ok. YOU are constantly stressed The tension is crazy YOU Will get sick what is this doing to you? YOU have to listen to thrive because we are just surviving daily. Chiropractic is a drug free form of pain management with no side effects. Adjusting subluxated joints ie those that are limited in their range of movement allows nerve impulses to and from the brain to return to normal. This has two amazing effects: reduction of pain and decrease in muscle spasm. Muscle spasm is muscle contraction - just like what you do when you lift a heavy object. 💡🧠If you think what you're doing outside of training doesn't matter, you are misinformed🧠💡 ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ ➖ 🤔En trend jeg lægger mærke til er, at folk ofte kommer i problemer med deres krop/træning/hverdag pga. et vanvittigt ubalanceret forhold til hvad de synes de skal kunne vs. hvad der rent faktisk er realistisk og (strategisk) smart. 🤷🏼‍♂️Enten er det fordi man ikke ved bedre, altså at "det hele hænger sammen" mht. kost, søvn, træning osv. - og uvidenhed er, somewhat, fair nok. 🙈Eller også ved man udmærket hvordan en potentiel sammenhæng mellem performance på job/træning og alle livsstilsfaktorer fungerer, men vælger at ignorere det. Hvis man samtidigt lader sig irritere grænseløst af ens tilstand eller manglende evne til at kunne X eller Y, fordi man ikke anerkender samspillet mellem præstation og restitution, så er man dømt til at forblive i det samme miljø. Man kan ikke hele i det samme miljø man blev syg/gik i stykker i. 🏋️‍♂️Et eksempel; en atlet (X) vil gerne stille op i en konkurrence. X øger træningsload, og X vil gøre det så godt som muligt. X har et fuldtidsarbejde/studie ved siden af. X kan også godt lide sociale arrangementer der involverer alkohol (meget lidt). X vil også gerne være en god kæreste. X har nogle gamle skader der aldrig blev helt genoptrænet. X kan i perioder have lidt for meget om ørerne, og de perioder varer ofte for lang tid, og det kan påvirke søvnkvaliteten lidt. X er i et hårdt konkurrencemiljø & det føles bedst hvis X kan gøre det så godt som de andre på holdet. Det er også nemmere at bevæge sig hvis man taber sig lidt samtidigt. ☝️Ambitioner er godt, men hvis X skal gøre sig forhåbninger om 1)en ordentlig træningscamp & 2)et godt resultat, så er: 🍷Alkohol inden sengetid noget crap (jo det er...) 😩(selvinduceret?) psykologisk stress, fra for mange bolde i luften, over lang tid noget der hæmmer restitution. 🤕Tidl. skade en af de største risikofaktorer for ny skade. 🥑Utilstrækkelig energi/ernæring noget crap. 😴Øget træningsmængde & nedsat søvn noget crap. ⚖️Det er ofte ikke en enkel ting der er udslagsgivende. Det er akkumulation af crap over tid der bliver problemet. Det bliver man nødt til at forstå.

Wie sehen und verstehen Patienten mit anhaltenden Hüftbeschwerden ihr Problem? 🧐👇👇👇 Sechzehn Personen (mittleres Alter=51, mittlere Dauer der Hüftschmerzen=3 Jahre) nahmen zur Beantwortung dieser Frage an einer qualitativen Interviewstudie teil. Ergebnisse: Die meisten Teilnehmer (10/16) glaubten, dass ihre Schmerzen durch eine bewegungsbedingte Verletzung verursacht wurden. Aufgrund der Ergebnisse der Bildgebung und der Interaktionen mit medizinischem Fachpersonal waren alle Teilnehmer der Überzeugung, dass sie geschädigte Hüftstrukturen hatten (vgl. 1. Slide). Alle beschrieben ineffektive Strategien zur Bewältigung ihrer Schmerzen und mehrfach fehlgeschlagene Behandlungen. Für viele (7/16) bedrohte ein Mangel an Kontrolle über die Symptome ihre physische und psychische Gesundheit. Schlussfolgerung: Die Art und Weise, wie Teilnehmer mit anhaltenden Hüftschmerzen und Behinderungen ihre Symptome sehen, trägt dazu bei, dass sie körperliche Aktivität vermeiden und es zu Beeinträchtigungen ihres Schlafes sowie ihres emotionalen und körperlichen Wohlbefindens kommt. Was können wir hier besser machen? Auch Hüftschmerzen sollten wir durch eine biopsychosoziale Linse 🔍🔎 betrachten und in der Folge mehrdimensionale Treiber identifizieren und in der Therapie ALLER Schmerzenzustände berücksichtigen. Introduction to the Knee Joint - - The knee is a very unstable and complex joint. The knee joint is stabilized and held together by many tendons and ligaments. The knee joint must allow movement, but yet be stable enough to absorb and withstand the forces created by the weight of the body snd the forces generated while participating in different activities. The knees, play a major role in shock absorbing during jumping and running. With that, it is very important that your want to develop all of the muscles around the knee. - - The knee is stabilized on the front side by the quadriceps on the medial side by the sartorius and gracilis, on the lateral side by the tensor fascia latae and on the posterior side by the hamstring muscle group from above and the gastrocnemius from below. - - Two major movements in the knee joint are: flexion and extension. Medial and lateral rotation only take place with the knee is flexed, allowing the foot to turn when it is free to moves and the trunk to turn when the foot is fixed to the ground, which occurs when wearing spikes or cleats. If rotation occurs in the knee, when the leg is straight, it may cause knee injury. - - In knee flexion the shin moves back and up or back of the shin moves toward the back of the thigh. Example would be the lowering phase of the squat. - - In extension the shin moves away from the thigh and the leg is straightened. 🤍1️⃣Conventional Deadlift🤍 . . This is quite a technical lift. Every person will require different cues based on how they perform the movement. I will always first observe how they are already doing it, then tweak to enable the most efficient lift. On that point, there are certain people who this type of lift would NOT suit, for safety of their spine. Those lacking the structural hip mobility to achieve neutral spine in the start position. BUT there are ways around this, like raising the bar (using plates for height) or using a rack (rack pulls) 🙆🏽‍♀️ . This video shows a 30kg lift. The bar alone is 20kg (standard in most gym settings) with and extra 5kg each side. Lighter bars are available although I still wouldn’t recommend this for beginners, unless they’re training with a fit pro 👩🏽‍💼 . 📝 How to: Stand with shins close to the bar, place hands just outside the knees, slide shoulder blades down into your back pockets, drive through the legs by pushing the ground away. Repeat if it feels gooooood 😏 . 🏡 This is a kick-arse exercise that can strengthen the whole body when performed with the right form. Another great hydro session with my amazing physio Pearl @thedogwellnesscentre yesterday. We’ve been working together for a few months now & the improvement has been incredible. What a team we make! My booty 🍑 is looking mighty fine & feeling strong 💪🏻! & while my dodgy hip may never get back to what it was (it’s a structural issue) we are achieving amazing things with hydro. Never felt fitter! There was a time before Pearl where we thought surgery was our best option...now, the loved ones reckon I’m looking svelte & moving like a 🐎 again! Can’t recommend it (or Pearl) enough! A statistic I found about homelessness in Canada- not only is it disturbing but it just shows that there have been no funds towards changing this problem- I believe that everyone who is living on the street deserves a fresh beginning in a new home- we could have public trustees to ultimately distribute their funds by paying reasonable rent and then giving out money agreed upon by both parties- with that said I also think that building low-income housing similar to Habitat For Humanity will bring more stability throughout our neighbourhoods- this would also create more jobs for the labour and design of each building.. If they cant start from scratch then renovate old or abandoned homes/churches/apartments for steady living..
