So as I promised, time to share my experience of participating in a marathon of loosing weight as well as changing the lifestyle that I had. The marathon lasted for 5 weeks, that included personalised meal plan and home workout exercises. Even though my coach is located in Latvia, it was not a problem at all since communication was online. My wonderful coach @olga.bondare , is very result oriented person, she pushed me to the limits. 💪🏽 Oh and I forgot to tell that I was working out 6 times a week…after first week I thought I will die, because I was hungry, angry and full of pain in my muscles woman. 😃 Of course I am not an angel, I had days were I had staff parties or friends gatherings, but I always asked coach opinion on my “going outs” like, what should I eat or drink, and what will be the consequences if I eat something bad. It was an amazing experience, I taught myself to eat better and more exercise at home. And nothing this would happen without @olga.bondare help and support.
Today I feel lighter, fresher and motivated as hell 🔥
The results after 5 weeks are // weight: -5kg, hips: -1cm, waist: -6cm, chest: -7cm
