Yes, but what if this is a scheme.
Yes, but what if it’s a waste of money.
Yes, but where would I even begin?
Yes, but I don’t think I could be motivated to workout from home.
Yes, but I don’t care for social media. .
You will always find a reason NOT to start especially at a time like now when everything feels overwhelming & uncertain.
But....you can’t let the fear of failure become bigger than the desire to be confident in yourself & change your life because if you haven’t realized there is no “perfect time” other than today.
