It's a sign of a good food day when you post your breakfast, lunch and dinner! Something I haven't done for ages!
Tonight's dinner was Crispy Chilli beef with egg fried rice and it was 👌. I followed the @pinchofnom recipe for the crispy beef and used my recipe for the glaze - mix together 2tbsp of honey (5 syns), 1tbsp of soy sauce, 1tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp of garlic granules and 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes. Stir until all combined. Pan fry some red and green pepper until softened then add the glaze mix. Simmer on a med/low heat until the sauce has reduced to a sticky glaze. Add your crispy beef once cooked and stir until all pieces are coated. For the egg fried rice see my highlights. This recipe serves two so only 3 syns per portion.
