One thing that helps me get through the slumps in recent times has been weed. I smoke indica which gets me super calm and mellow- it stops my brain from going into overdrive constantly speeding off into the dark place.
I wasn’t much of a smoker before, pretty casual, and now I’d say I smoke daily whether it’s to chill myself out or help me get a good night’s rest.
Downside is I’m a munchie gal. 😩
