Five weeks on the road has been stressful, but it's been worth it for the racing, the people, and the ability to see some of New Zealand's most beautiful cities (and Invercargill).
Just one day to go, and only four points separate @liamlawson30 and @1gorfraga for the title, two young'uns that are off to FIA European Formula 3; two (admittedly huge) steps away from Formula 1. Both incredibly talented but very different. One a wild racer capable of mind-bending passes, the other disciplined and diligent. Even if F1 doesn't capture them, they're both set to have amazing global careers traceable back to the last few weeks in NZ.
Always interesting following the series from an inner sanctum of sorts, and wayching the armchair experts and cyber weirdos rabbiting on about the category in total blind ignorance online. I've written plenty over the years about Toyota - both good things and bad - but what it does with this championship is the best thing local motorsport has going for it. Period. Already planning for 2021. Bring on the 65th Grand Prix. @tgr_nz @toyota_nz #TRS #NZGP
