Create habits that serve you, not hinder you. How many things do you do on a daily basis that you can genuinely say push you closer to the life you want to live?🤩 How many things do you do on a daily basis that hinder you from living the life that you want to live?🧐 One thing I’ve realized is your daily habits, however insignificant they may feel, have a much bigger impact in the long term than I ever realized. The things you do and the things you think have to be in accordance to the person you are trying to become! How can you expect to change yourself, when you continue with the same self defeating behavior day after day?🤨 Right when I wake up in the morning, I read a page from the daily stoic, write down daily goals/things I need to get done, meditate for 15 minutes, and then read a chapter of a book (the slight edge currently). That puts me in the right mindset to attack my day and be productive🤪 much better than my previous “stare at my phone in bed until I need to get up” plan😅😅😅 This is an idea I’ve begun to instill in my clients as well, it’s a whole lot easier to reach your fitness goals when your habits and actions are working toward what you’re actually trying to achieve! And that goes for life not just fitness🤓 Start changing your habits and you can change your life🥳

Bc they have more powerful beliefs such as "Money is the root of all evil" or "the rich are bad"...that leads to self sabotaging even when they have what they thought they wanted It doesn't have to be that way!!! You CAN have FLOW in your life, where constant growth and success feels CERTAIN and INEVITABLE...while creating a life of balance, freedom and fulfillment But, most of what you're being taught is all about what to DO on the EXTERNAL to GROW And, if that doesn't match the DNA BLUEPRINT of how you're growing on the INTERNAL you will have a system malfunction...and even success will rarely have its peace for you.

While the crazy Instagram exercises that you sometimes see (tricks, really) are fun to marvel at, the people doing them DEFINITELY didn’t get fit that way. 👉 They got fit by doing the basics—well and consistently. The “basics” can run the gamut in specific exercises, but they always involve pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging at the hip. You can spend years and even decades perfecting those movements. While I understand the appeal of novelty, it won’t keep you progressing toward your goals, or get you consistent results. Sprinkle in some fun new stuff to scratch that itch, but your routine should be centered around perfecting the basics. 💥 If you aren’t yet confident in said basics, be a tester for my new program! Killed it bench pressing with my uncle @thatmanthan and hit some rep PRs with 315. 😁 Didn't go heavy heavy for once and stopped at 315 for sets. Session was 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x5 275, 2x6 315 PR's, 1x3 315 long pauses, and 1x16 225 pause reps all within 35 minutes. 💪 Then did close grip dumbbell presses, pull ups, pull downs, spider curls, tricep extensions, shrugs and hammer strength machine low row pulls. 🤘 Felt good and overall great session! 🙏

Took it easy for my overall session but 4 plates was feeling nice! 💪 Session was 2x10 135, 1x10 185, 1x5 225, 1x5 275, 1x5 315, 1x2 345, 375 single, 1x4 405 PR, 2x8 315, and 2x12 225 pause squats. 🤘 All my accessory work is paying off. 🙏
