I’ve owned the V a little over a week, and I have enjoyed every little bit of it. Makes for a great daily driver, but provides that supercar performance you seek from a 640-hp sport sedan, which it should seeing it packs a Coquette Z06/ZR1 LT4 power plant. I even put a Z06 to sleep, so I’m not complaining about performance. I will say this though; for a $70k luxury/performance sedan, it lacks the comfortability and smoothness of its competitors such as the Oracle M5, Schafter AMG S, Komoda Quadrofoglio, and the likes. Yes all three of those listed cost quite bit more, and lack the performance of the V, but certain components of this car feel cheap and out of place. I’ve also ran into typical Declasse Motors flaws, such as headlights and taillights shorting our, and at times it shifts a bit hard. Seeing it’s an Albany, I don’t expect any less. Nonetheless, the V-STR is one hell of a car, and I have plans for it in the future. Definitely plan to keep this one.
