Cà Maiol Lugana Bianco 2018
92 Points Wine.com
Grapes Trebbiano di Lugana
Dry, medium body and a gentle combination of smoothness and tartness, the Lugana shows attractive apple and pear aromas framed by citrus fruit with a refreshing finish. This wine is wonderful to sip on its own, but its medium weight and fresh acidity, make this an ideal pairing with shellfish and seafood dishes like creamy shrimp risotto with mascarpone.
Librandi Ciro Rosso 2017
Don't let the pale color fool you, this is a substantial wine. Aromas of red fruits and spice complement undertones of cranberries, wild berries, and plums. On the palate, ripe tannins and substantial body make for an incredibly rich, yet easygoing red wine.
Pair this wine with sausage, spicy curry sauces, hot soppressata, and tandoori chicken.
Chateau D'Aydie L'Origine Madiran 2015
This succulent Tannat pairs excellently with full-flavored stews, slow-cooked meats, and anything on the grill. Deep, earthy, with red fruits, black currant, and blackberry flavors and aromas. Full-bodied, well-structured and distinctive. Superb value for rich, country wine.
