The body is created to move. Whether it’s a light walk, jog, run, or some yoga, do what your body is telling you. : : When you start to work up the motivation and strength to make that walk into a job and that jog into a run - then find a goal you can start working towards! : : Something I love to do is set myself upcoming fitness goals for the year and even the year after! I like to plan for a Half Marathon, Marathon, Sprint Triathlon, Hiking Trip, maybe Audition for a new fitness instructor role. But what keeps me going is the fact that there is this continuous goal to stay in shape, have a healthy mindset, and live a balanced lifestyle. : : Trying new fitness goals can also make it very exciting and different. Something your body will crave and continue to pursue. This year I started Boxing - never did it but always wanted to try - and let me tell you I’m OBSESSED!
