Happy birthday to me! 20 wow time passes so quickly 😂😂 It doesn't need to be huge to make someone's day really special! Thank you for all of you who made my birthday amazing! I started my day like I love to start it. An amazing workout class and of course I picked sculpting yoga. After that my dad made me a cup of tea and I treaded myself to a hot shower and a nice foam rolling routine. ♥️ In school I got surprised from my best friend she cought me before class to gift me some delicious chocolate and dried Mango. Blew my little mind didn’t it when I found out that’s what BOSU stands for! ⁣ ⁣ This is one of those great little workouts to keep up your sleeve, especially when the gym is looking extra busy and overwhelming! It only requires a bit of space and a BOSU ball. It’s also a workout for when you just want a quick blast during a busy day. Don’t be fooled by 24 minutes however, you will still be getting a serious workout and a sweat on 💦 ⁣ ⁣ The timings below are suggested! Exercise isn’t one size fits all. Make this workout work for YOU! Not completing the sets exactly as it states below isn’t ‘failing’. Deficit Snatch DL 4-4-3-3-2-2 Tempo 4 0 1 0 This is the 2nd set of 3s I learned from @chwihalterophilie that when it comes to Olympic Lifting Speed is what needs to be trained first. I mean my snatch is no where near where I wanted to be. My personal best is a slow 225 lbs Snatch probably last done sometime in 2018... Working hard to keep the the lower back straight, as you can see I kind of suffer at the end of the eccentric. With 205 on the bar I'm happy with the speed on the way up And the fact that I have 2 perfect contacts with the bar. At the top of the knee and at the hip. At 225 quality dropped dramatically. Lesson learned. Next time I'll play in the 205-210 range and keep the quality. Thanks to @physikathletik For the awesome programming #sergestrong
