𝘈𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘥 𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴: they encourage sugar cravings and dependency. Just go cold turkey. Just do it ✔️ #Nike
𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴: take a walk, talk to a crew member, or read a book. Stress affects food preferences and increases cravings for sweets.
𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘦: it increases your energy (the more you do, the more you can do!), and helps reduce stress, which will lead to cravings for sugar!
𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘴: reduces cravings annnnd over time changes your taste buds - the less crap you eat, the less you need. Juice a cucumber, celery, spinach and lemon juice.
𝘌𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳: eating bitter foods shut down the receptors in the brain that drive us to wanting and eating sugar. Bitterness also helps absorb sugar and regulate blood sugar levels. Examples are rocket salad, green tea, leafy greens, ginger, apple cider vinegar water etc.
