Add light weights if you’re *extra* or keep it real with me...drop your feedback below when you’re done and tag a friend who needs to be doing this 👇🏼 • Side lunge slides 15x each leg • Back lunge slide around to front 15x each leg • Plie’ sequence - 4 plie’ squats with arm press 4x followed by arm rainbows each side with releve’ at top (rise to toes) 15x • High plank sequence - 1x shoulder tap each followed by knee taps 1x each side followed by double knee tap 2x 10x • Repeat entire sequence 2-3 times! 🍑😘🔥 • • Form notes: keep chest lifted, hips low and arms high and strong during side/back lunge sequences. Modify plank series by dropping to forearm plank and eliminating shoulder tap
