Plans for me have slightly changed for 2020 competing season so will be competing a little later in the year (YouTube coming to explain soon..) but I’m still working on that BIG goal, don’t you worry😉⭕️
So, how did I feel with changes to the original plan? At first I felt disappointed in myself that I had to prolong. I felt like I’d failed a little & that feeling went on for a few weeks BUT changes happen all the time & it doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing!
For some reason, when we set a plan & end up changing it we look at it in a negative way when actually it’s an opportunity..
An opportunity to give yourself the gift of TIME.
Time to mentally get better. Time to get your mind right before the big attack. Time to physically get better. Time to improve because time is better than speed👏🏽
What I’m saying is, DO NOT rush what you need to improve. Whatever it may be your working towards give yourself the set up you need to succeed & if you need longer, take longer🔥
